Discover the journey
Link Manila, Bohol, Cebu and Palawan on a twelve-day journey through the Philippines' cities and island landscapes. Manila's older quarters give way to Bohol's rounded hills and river scenery, then Cebu's heritage precincts and market streets. Palawan has its own chapter, from Puerto Princesa's limestone surroundings to the coastal and island scenery around El Nido. Several flights, a ferry and an overland section make travel part of the experience, with lighter arrival days between fuller outings. Boat activities depend on conditions, and the program can be shaped around your comfort with boarding, time on the water and independent exploration.

Day-by-day itinerary
This proposed itinerary can be adjusted around your interests and travel dates. Visits, transport and overnight arrangements are confirmed in your written proposal before booking.
Day 1Arrive in Manila
Arrive in Manila and settle into the city after international travel. Keep the first outing close to your stay if time allows, with room to rest before tomorrow's introduction to the capital's older quarters.
Planned overnight: Manila.
Day 2Old Manila and its markets
Explore Manila through the Intramuros area and the activity around a traditional market. A museum visit can help connect the city's different historical layers. Group stops into a realistic route because time spent crossing the city is part of the practical plan. Quinta Market and the Ayala Museum are possible complementary stops.
Planned overnight: Manila.
Day 3Fly to Bohol and its hills
Travel by a planned flight to Bohol, allowing time for airport formalities before an outing toward the Chocolate Hills. A local craft or food-production visit may be considered if timing permits. The evening is kept for settling into the island base.
Planned overnight: Bohol.
Day 4River landscapes and local heritage
Spend a full day on Bohol, with Baclayon and the Loboc River area as cultural and landscape interests. A responsibly arranged wildlife visit can be considered as an addition. Leave space between outings to enjoy the river setting at a measured pace.
Planned overnight: Bohol.
Day 5Ferry across to Cebu
Make the planned ferry connection to Cebu, then focus on a smaller selection of places around Mactan rather than starting a full city circuit. Sea conditions and terminal transfers matter here. Keep additional visits flexible so they do not undermine a comfortable arrival.
Planned overnight: Cebu.
Day 6Cebu's historic center
Explore Cebu City's heritage precincts and market streets, balancing church and monument areas with everyday urban activity. Return to the same overnight base so there is no packing or airport transfer today. Fort San Pedro and the Basilica area are possible anchors for the walk.
Planned overnight: Cebu.
Day 7Fly to Palawan
Travel toward Palawan by a planned flight and settle near Puerto Princesa. The day is mainly a change of island rather than a sightseeing marathon. If connections leave useful time, a light neighborhood outing can introduce the setting without depending on a fixed arrival hour.
Planned overnight: Puerto Princesa.
Day 8Limestone landscapes and underground river
Consider an excursion to the Puerto Princesa underground-river area, subject to permits, weather and safe boat operation. Discuss boarding conditions and a land-based alternative when planning the day, so the outing suits both conditions and your needs.
Planned overnight: Puerto Princesa.
Day 9North along Palawan
Set aside the day for the road journey north to El Nido, using breaks and selected stops to make the transfer manageable. The countryside is part of the experience. Keep the evening free, rather than attaching a boat outing to an uncertain arrival time.
Planned overnight: El Nido.
Day 10Island scenery from El Nido
Explore the limestone and marine scenery around El Nido on a possible island outing. The route depends on conditions and access. Discuss small-boat boarding, any swimming requirements and a suitable alternative before choosing the activity.
Planned overnight: El Nido.
Day 11Return to the capital
Fly back to Manila, keeping the remainder of the day flexible for transfer delays and rest. Returning before the international departure day gives the route a useful buffer. A final meal or short walk can be planned once the actual flight times are known.
Planned overnight: Manila.
Day 12Leave the Philippines
Finish in Manila and keep the day focused on departure. Any additional room time or another city night can be discussed alongside your onward travel plans.
