Using the catalog

The Nexlyx LLC catalog presents journey ideas and proposed itineraries to support travel planning. These terms explain how to use the information and request a personalized proposal.

Itinerary information

Read each tour’s route, duration, daily program and practical notes together. Programs may be adjusted before booking to reflect your dates, priorities and the arrangements that can be confirmed. Photographs illustrate destinations and do not establish a particular hotel, room, service or activity.

Route stops show the intended sequence of places. They do not confirm transport timetables, access, permits or a specific supplier. Visits affected by permits, local access, weather or operating conditions need to be checked for the proposed travel period. A wildlife-focused itinerary does not guarantee a sighting.

Prices and land-only scope

Request a personalized quote for the dates, party size and service scope you are considering. The written quote should state the currency, whether amounts apply per person or per party, what is included, any optional items and the period for which the quote is offered. No price or availability is established by sending an inquiry.

International flights to and from the journey are excluded from the base land-only scope. Accommodation, meals, internal transport, transfers, guiding, admissions and permits are included only when expressly listed in the written proposal. Arrange independently supplied services with care and check how they connect with the proposed itinerary.

Submitting a request

Provide the selected journey, preferred timing, party details and concise travel preferences. A receipt confirms that the request has been saved for review. It does not reserve space, confirm a departure or require payment.

Do not submit payment details, passports or sensitive health information through the general inquiry. The Privacy Information page explains the data used by the current workflow.

Group, private and tailored arrangements

Group and Private are preferences to discuss. Their availability, group size, guiding and exact service arrangements depend on the proposal. A request for private travel does not automatically make every service exclusive, and an itinerary adjustment is not agreed until it appears in the final plan.

Before making a booking decision

Review the final itinerary and written quote alongside the applicable booking, payment, change and cancellation conditions. Check names, dates, endpoints, room arrangements and included services. Any deposit, balance deadline, supplier restriction or additional charge should be set out clearly before you decide to proceed.

Travel documents, entry requirements, insurance choices and personal suitability require current information relevant to the traveler and route. A catalog description is not an assurance that entry, permits or an activity will be available. Use the appropriate official or professional sources for those decisions.

Changes, cancellations and independently arranged travel

Send requests for changes or cancellation through the contact route identified with the final arrangements. Their effect, availability and cost depend on the applicable written conditions. An inquiry about a change does not itself amend or cancel a booking. Read the Changes & Cancellations page for the questions to resolve before proceeding.

Take account of the separate conditions of flights or other travel you arrange independently. The catalog does not promise to reimburse those costs or guarantee that they can be changed.
