How this notice applies
This notice explains the information handled when you explore the Nexlyx LLC catalog and use the planning inquiry. Please do not submit personal documents, payment details or sensitive health information through the initial inquiry.
Information in a planning request
The inquiry asks for a selected journey, preferred date or travel period, party size, an optional Group or Private preference, your name, email address and US phone number. Optional comments can describe interests or practical travel preferences. The request also has a reference, a received date and a status history.
The form does not ask for payment card details, passport numbers or medical records. Please keep those details out of optional comments. If more information is needed for future arrangements, its purpose and the appropriate way to provide it should be explained separately.
How the information is used
When you submit an inquiry, you are asked to agree to the use of your contact details and travel preferences so your request can be answered. Your choice and the notice version are recorded with the request. This does not sign you up for marketing messages.
Inquiry information supports reviewing your travel preferences, preparing a proposal and keeping a record of the conversation and its progress. Technical information supports the form’s security, repeat-submission protection and spam controls. A session cookie supports the form, private receipt and authorized sign-in workflow.
Who can access a request
Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized administrators. The information you submit is kept with the request, its status and the related history so your travel preferences can be reviewed.
Sending the inquiry does not authorize a booking, payment or distribution of your information to travel suppliers. Any later information sharing needed for agreed travel arrangements should be explained before those details are provided.
Storage and retention
Inquiry details and related history are kept in protected storage. Backups may contain copies of those records. Records remain stored until they are removed through an authorized data-management process. Contact us with questions about retention or removal.

Do not include passwords, payment details or additional sensitive information. Any request to access, correct or remove information must be assessed against the record and the applicable requirements; this notice does not promise a particular response deadline.
